"THIS BIDDER IS A SCAMMER AND A CHEAT!!! DO NOT SELL HER ANYTHING!!! She won three of my auctions fo ... " (more)r fabric (2K+ credits total) and then emailed me so say she didn't want them because she didn't win all the auctions she wanted. I told her, "10/10/2011 7:54 PM (13 days ago), you wrote to spicynomad::You bid, you win, it's yours. Please send me your address so I can send these items to you. Thanks, -elsa" She did not respond for many days until I sent her this email: 10/12/2011 11:31 AM (12 days ago), you wrote to spicynomad: Hello. Please respond to my email. I need your shipping address and your payment to queenovstars@gmail.com within 48 hours or I'm reporting you to Listia. Thanks, -elsa" she sent this email with her payment of $3.00 (which did not cover the total cost of shipping): "10/12/2011 3:10 PM (12 days ago), spicynomad wrote to you: lol you sent a threating email with ur paypal addy which is what i was waiting for. they said that this place is a micro-cosm of ones own life. i can see that now. if u knew how this works why did it take some time to get ur paypal? u know what i digress dont wanna know. u can be the thorn in someone elses' side." this was my email to her: >>i just sent payment. Thank you. :) >>i went back to look at ur profile to see who the F was going to report me to listia for nothing and i see that u r a newb. so welcome to listia and sorry for coming down so hard on u. I know how auction sites work. I've been on ebay since it started. A red flag went up when you tried to renege on your bids. I replied saying, "You bid, you win, it's yours." That was Monday. No reply so I assumed you were indeed pulling out of the auctions that you won. Hence, my "attitude." But you paid quickly after I sent that "threatening" email. It worked. I'm happy. >> is this how u handled all those other auctions before mine? No. You're the only bidder I've had that has tried to renege on their auctions. I didn't take kindly to your email. Thanks, -elsa." I refunded her credits and her money and NOW SHE IS TRYING TO SMEAR MY GOOD NAME WITH ALL HER LIES AND CRAP. SCAMMER AND CHEAT! I HAD TO THREATEN TO REPORT HER IN ORDER TO GET $3.00 FROM HER."
