" (more)em!!! so many scratches it was unreal!!! then he gave me negative feedback in revenge!!! when i done nothing wrong in the first place but buy the dvds!!! his excuse was i didnt put the condition in the auction so i didnt lie, you should of asked...but who would sell such a scratched dvd besides a con man!!!! he purposely didnt list the condition and knew they wouldnt even play before he sold them!!! ***beware***"

i bought dvds off this guy who had 31 dvds for sale. he gladly listed t ... " (more)hem all and was willing to make deals. i had to pay shipping. when i finally got the items the discs were scratched so bad it looked like someone had taped them to the bottoms of their shoes and scooted their feet across asphalt!!! when i confronted him that they were in such bad condition and would not even play his response was, i never said they played in the auction and you didnt ask, so i didnt lie, i refuse to refund your credits!!! needless to say listia forced the refund and they were nice enough to not make me ship the item back to this conman because i was already out shipping costs and still dont have anything to show for!!! thx listia for covering me against people who abuse the system and tell you to stick it!!!
