This is a Seasonal Auction/ Raffle. Below is the list for the AUCTION part. The RAFFLE part is in two Parts;
The FIRST drawing is for a CORDLESS TRANQUILITY Pottery Fountain (batteries included).
The SECOND drawing is for an OLD RUSTIC MILL Water Fountain (batteries included)
All bids UP TO 10,000 POINTS will fit into a MEDIUM flat rate shipping box (either 11”x8.5”x5.5” or 11”x7/8”x3”-3/8”x5/8”). Anything OVER 10,000 POINTS goes into a LARGE flat rate box (12”x12”x51/2”) and there will be more items for you to choose from sent privately by email!

how do you pick the winners of your drawings? it's not in the Description or Comments.
and how do you keep track of all the bidders? if multiple bids by different users are made in quick succession which replace earlier bids in the Bid History and this process keep continuing, it would be as you commented earlier 'They don't show long enough to record', unless you monitor your auction and refresh it continuously, i don't see how otherwise.

I do check regularly, but you're right, mostly I'm notified by people letting me know they bid. They get entered by being a bidder, not by how many bids they put in.

It is 1 bid per bidder, not bid. BUT. Even if someone were to win the 1st raffle, their name would remain for the 2nd raffle AND they could still be the high bidder and win the auction! AND It would only be $5.00. Not $5.00 each. So you have 3 chances to win! I could never keep up with the bids if it were 1 entry per bid. They don't show long enough to record. Sorry.
