hi i couldn't find a measuring tape so i measured with a ruler and just laying the skirt down on the bed and measuring from one side of the waist to the other is 17 inches

hey sorry it took so long to get back to you i couldn't ever find a measuring tape then i couldn't find where i had put the skirt.but all i could find was a ruler and laying the skirt down on the bed and measuring from 1 side of the waist to the other its 17 inches

OK im not good with math or measurements so im not sure what the measuring term would be lol but its 2 marks from being 12 inches long and i measured from the waist to the bottom
