"Never received the item for over a month, conf ... " (more)irmation and tracking information was never provided, no response after first refund request was proposed. The seller claimed to be in the hospital and had some problems, but I believe the postage had a role in this also, so I didn't give negative feedback because it might not have been their fault. However, lack of information and response to my questions and concerns was unacceptable, refund was re-proposed and I got my credits back. Wish the transaction could have went better, I really wanted this necklace :("
