While sitting by the river I decided to use this gorgeous green Jade and make into 2 faces kissing. I was chipping and carving, drawing and erasing and didn't even notice how dark it had gotten and being in the mountains, I automatically looked up at the zillion stars and there it was... the moon was so huge it was like I could stand up and grab it! I have always loved the moon.
I got in the cabin and looked at my Jade thinking how fast it got so dark, God this is gonna be one ugly carving.
To keep a long story short, I put a couple of tiny touches on it, polished it, added a polished red Jasper, and a gorgeous white Onyx , threaded black silk string threw it and we have "Woman kisses Moon"...
IT IS 35.3 GRAMS, THE SIZE OF A SILVER DOLLAR....

PLEASE, I'M NOT AN ARTIST I COLLECT ROCKS,SO NO BASHING OR RUDE COMMENTS...FOR ME, THIS IS GOOD.

You are so sweet, I am such a Nerd, I'll just sit and try not to smoke and keep my hands busy and play with things lately. a few nights ago, I was clearing out some fishing items from my tackle box and not paying attention cuz I decided I was Faith singing with Tim to "Let's make love, all night long" (YUM) that man is gorgeous, as long as he keeps his hat on....BUT..... I had a worm in my hand and had rolled it all over and squeezed it's poor guts all over my hands!!!!! lol!!!!!

YES!!!!!! I am going to see what I can find in my good stash so we can fix what the post office messed up, I felt so bad, and I know you did too....I think I must have checked on that thing daily for at least 6 weeks! Higher powers and persistence can sometimes get to the bottom of things, it's a shame someone felt the need to steal it, but I got a little of it back and lord help us, it's going to get there!!!!
