The listing, Vintage Button Cover Mother Of Pearl With Girl has ended.

Not sure quite how old this is, but likely from the 1980s when button covers reigned supreme.

Goldtone with the profiled portrait of a woman on an iridescent Mother of Pearl or some such background.

Measures roughly 1 inch in diameter.

Button covers, for the uninitiated, slide over a button to dress it up. They can be fit over most any button, so long as it is smaller in diameter than the button cover.
