I just noticed the packaging that says genuine 8 mm freshwater pearl. That should say exactly what the necklace is made of, I would think.

yah you would think, but it doesn't :[ so i can't say for certain one way or the other on the 'type of silver', but it is a real pearl! & it is beautiful :)

thanks for asking, however i am not able to answer with certainty. i haven't been able to find any markings on the chain/clasp to determine. It reminds me a lot of a bracelet that i have which has rhodium silver...but i am not positive what kind it is.

ok, so i measured the chain.... it is 19inches long & has an extender part that is 2inches (up to 21inches long in total) & as for the heart...it is just slightly over 1inch tall & slightly over 3/4inch wide. hope that helps! :) thanks for asking
