"I received packaging but not the game. I trie ... " (more)d to work it out with the seller but he turned my words around to make the situation my fault and made me out to look like a liar. I did use the word "it" when describing the packaging I received. I don't see how that is evidence that I actually got the game. This makes me wish I thought more about the way I fraised my sentences, however, a person who is not guilty of anything shouldn't and wouldn't worry about such a thing. I did find it odd that the game was not included, since the packaging did not appear to be tampered with. I cannot explain it since I am not the seller nor the postal service. I have no reason to lie. I have been selling and purchasing things online since 2004 and have never had an issue such as this or had any form of negative feedback. I think this situation is a shame, as I was looking forward to this game. "Um.... yea i would leave a negative rating . ... " (more).. first you said there was nothing in the package, and then after i sent a mesaage saying bubblewrap was wrapped around it you said: " oh no, IT was only WRAPPED ( clearly stating that it was sealed so couldnt of fallen out) AND you also said it wasnt tampered with... yet it wasnt there my dad even said he helped wrapping it too.. and then you said that IT was wrapped in brown paper... well with what i stated earlier the evidence is clear that you recieved it.. PlUS when you say "it" it is CLEARY obvious that this "it" is the game...(auctioned item) so you just got both your credits and the game fpr free,. since i dont want to deal with a scammer..... i am not stupid.
