It does not have the start up disc. However it has all of the paperwork and information on how and where to get it in the box, I have also been informed these are available online.

any cables come with this and how old is it? Do you have an actual pic of the router?

It did not come with any cables. I have it at work packed and ready for shipping but will open it up tomorrow morning and post an actual pic of it. If by chance a bid should be post before that takes place I will be happy to email you the pic.
