first pic is a sample pic
phone works perfect. it has some wear on it but no major flaws or cracks. (the screen is not messed up, the wallpaper pic makes it look like the edge of the screen is messed up but its not) the front buttons are used and look a little black but as you can see in the pic you can still see the numbers just fine. it does not take a sim card and im not that familiar with the service but it is U.S. CELLULAR branded. it can be flashed or unlocked to metro pcs or cricket it has all the common features and is a good phone. what you see is what you get. here is info for the phoone below. no i dont. just the phone and battery/door. the battery will be fully charged though.

im not sure about the service U.S. cellular. there is no contract linked to the phone now if thats what you are asking. not sure what plans that company offers

yes im sure. the FIRST PIC IS A SAMPLE PIC. it is also on the phone U.S.cellular. it boots up saying it too. if you go to the link on phonescoop.com that i provided U.S. cellular is one of the companies that carry this phone too. thakns
