The Seller took almost 14 days to respond to my emails before the item was shipped and then only responded, I feel, because I told her I was going to ask for a refund of my credits from Listia. I will have to have the Tutu cleaned before I can give it to my daughter because I would NEVER LET MY DAUGHTER TOUCH IT! in the condition it is in. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the transaction as a WHOLE and will not bid on this Sellers auctions in the future."
