"Never got the itam. Even after she said ... " (more) that she sent it out on Monday, and would send me the Tracking number when she got off. I waited 2 days and she never sent me the tracking number so I email her back and she neer wrote back. so I waited 2 more days and wrote to her telling her if I did not get the itam by Saturday then I would ask for my points back.
