They hand delivered to me just a few moments ago. Of course they were apologizing up one side and down the other.. trying to make excuses like they could not read the writing on the envelope. That is when I stopped them there and pointed it out to them. That the address was legal-able and could have been read by a 3rd grader. I even took my glasses off and I'm legally blind w/o my glasses. And should them that I could read your address off the envelope. I told them the only excuse that they had. Was they screwed up, had lost my mail, and that was it in a nutshell.
