(1st), Being on listia "ALOT" and never have had this problem is not an actual proper statement with only 8 sold items and 4 won items (12) sorry, and you only have 24 fans vs close to 600. (2nd) NO WHERE in your description does it say I will be mailing 10 days after auctions end, I did read your DETAILED description & read again before I requested my credits in case I was in the wrong, because as an honest person that's what you do. What part of Ask questions leads you to believe anyone can read your mind and know just the right question to ask BEFORE auction ends if AFTER you decide to make a change to the auction, if I were that good I wouldn't be here. I copy & pasted your auction for everyone to see: 2 Seduction Sample perfume tubes. 1 Seduction Purple Tube, 1 Seduction Orange Tube, I've had these for months now from a trade show I went to for work used a billion and still have so many left! This auction is for 2 perfume sample tubes, I Purple Seduction and 1 Orange Seduction. Both smell amazing! Both are Brand new and never used! These are women's fragrances. Nope...nada The 7 day rule is designed for just that reason. That's why it's a rule, set period for seller, set period for buyer and then for credits to be distributed or disputed plain and simple especially when your a newbie like you, if you would have read the rules, you would understand how important that single rule is to ALOT of people including myself AND listia. I don't care if anyone else does not have a problem with it, I have a problem with it, had it been written then I would understand but even then it's not even allowed, yes I know some people that do, but when you start having your credits pulled right away by a seller with their Sellers Wings & Trusted Seller's badges, both of which I have earned and you have not, tell me how you feel about the 7 day rule then ok. Go and re-read your description and tell me I'm lying, not a good way to teach your son to behave, wouldn't you agree? Just remember anyone who was watching or bid will be able to the auction & see you were untruthful and may now either re-consider buying from you in the future, or recommend who to others who to stay away from, trust me I know it happens :) , so how'd that plan to lie work out for ya? I don't think so good because I have my credits and sweetheart this was completely your fault, if not you would have fought to keep the credits plain and simple. If you had a alot left then why did you have to wait so long to even mail? If you don't have the cash to mail don't post auctions or atleast make them end around the time you normally expect to have the ability to mail them. And why do you think it's so important to us to prove or show prove we have the item we auction, so we don't have to go and get it from somewhere and then mail...it can't just be mailed: Listia states it must be mailed within 7 days. And if you can't follow that simple rule, how many others do you violate or try to violate, we'll never know, but it won't be on me, and yes you can be certain I will never buy from you again and I'm sure you'll have some support but you see I sincerely try and go out of my way and ask anyone who knows me I go out of my way to help, not act like this with all this foolishness, but I will not be blamed for something I didn't do because some young girl could not take responsibility for her own mistake, not mine.....hers.
