Then changed his mind and said he couldn't ship, didn't have money or time to ship. I can appreciate that people have trouble but he could have been up front with me - all bidders - while bidding was going on. If he had, I would not have bid. When I asked for him to either ship or refund my credits he refused and became EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!
