"Ok she refunded my credits but I am still w ... " (more)aiting on the shipping charges to be refunded. Have a dispute opened with pay-pal for that. She wanted the shipping charges paid as a gift through pay-pal but paid her extra to cover the pay-pal charges. So now I am waiting on the shipping to be refunded This is why Listia says not to pay as a gift because you can not open a dispute for payment to be refunded if you don't get your item. She never sent the item out as she said she would. But refunded my credits. When she told me she received the payment for shipping she said she would send out in a day or 2 so I waited til the weekend and she then told me she would be sending them out on Monday and still never sent them out.
