"When bidding on this auction I was under t ... " (more)he impression that the disc was "good condition/some minor scratches/plays great". When I received the dvd, there were major scratches on the back of the disc and the dvd does NOT play "great". The seller knowingly posted a bad auction. The dvd skips around when playing, there are jumps in the audio track and it pauses during playback of the movie. I know that it is not my dvd player because every single other dvd that I have plays perfectly. I would like my credits returned since the dvd is not as described in the auction. The only way that the item can be returned to the seller is if they send me the means to do so. Either payment or an empty postage paid package. There is no other way, I do not have the funds to return this.
