Come Wednesday her feedbacks come up all negative. I asked her to respond, "Looks like your feedback is showing you did not send gift cards out to those who won. Please be honest and let me know if you sent this out as you promise and give me the delivery confirmation. Or refund me as those points are on hold without cause."
