"I am so sorry that this has to be a negative. ... " (more)This started out so well. The seller contacted me, we discussed what I wanted over the course of several emails, and then I waited... patiently. Due to the nature of this auction, I gave the seller 55 days, only filing a complaint then because there were only five days left to do so. During these 55 days, I was assured that the drawing was near completion and I took the seller at their word. When I filed the complaint, I was insistent that I did not want a credit refund - I really wanted this drawing. The seller seemed understanding and again assured both me and Listia that the drawing would be in the mail that following Friday, and that I would have it in my hands no later than Wednesday. Thursday when Listia messaged me to see if the drawing had arrived, I didn't answer immediately. I gave it another day and with great sorrow I had to reply that, no... I had not received it. I waited another week after my credits were refunded to see if the seller would contact me with an apology, an excuse... anything. With no contact at all since the dispute was filed, I am left with no choice but to leave negative feedback. :-("
