But it was bent when I had received it and not as shown in the photo of the auction due to seller not having it properly packaged. I had let the seller know this as soon as I had received the ring by sending them an e-mail and the seller had sent me an e-mail saying that there was nothing they could do about it because they couldn't refund credits and that the ring wasn't like that as shown in the photo. I had also mentioned to seller in first e-mail sent to the seller that in the auction description that the ring was described as having two different colored rings which was misleading to the buyer, but this did not have anything to do to what had happened to my ring during shipment. I had sent the seller a second e-mail saying that yes the ring didn't look like the ring as shown in the photo and that is why I was sending them an e-mail stating that the ring was bent when I had received it and yes I know they could not refund credits that Listia had the final say on this. I sent an e-mail to Listia finaling a dispute and explained to them what happened, the dispute was placed, the seller denied it. Seller sent me another e-mail saying description in auction details did not state the ring had two different colored stones, but it did, seller also after my auction had another auction going for the same ring and had changed the words. "
