"Not too sure what to say :( I bid to win thi ... " (more)s item as I really wanted it. I provided the seller with my address and paid $13 to cover the shipping. I was told it would be mailed out the next day. I contacted a few days later to confirm that it had been sent out. Was then told they had some family issues arrise and had to go outta town and that it would go out on Friday. I said I was okay with that, so I waited a week. When I contacted back that weekend I got no reply so filed a dispute based on the seller was coming online but not replying to my messages. I clearly stated I'd cancel the dispute when they made contact and confirmed it had been mailed out. Instead, he contacts me and says he dosn't mind giving me back my credits as he too busy to go to the post office. Gives me back my credits so I file a dispute through paypal to get my cash back and he contacts me to say he is going to the post office and dosn't mind that he lost the credits for it but will still mail the dvd set to me so he refused to give back my cash as he was going to use it to ship the item to me. I was okay with that and stated as soon as he showed me the form stating the item had been sent I'd cancel the dispute. I was told it was mailed out it's been long enough and I should've recieved it within' this time frame. I've sent emails trying to get the seller to contact me to state upfront whether it was actually sent out and if so provide me with the tracking info and to date they still havn't contacted me, coming on line but yet not repling.
