" (more)as the biggest most unpleasant pain to deal with. first of all she overcharged for shipping, $10 to ship a single doll with no box? more like $5 tops with tracking, but I paid the $10 within 24 hours of the end of the auction and I didn't complain. I didn't even complain when she told me that she was going to wait until the weekend to ship it even though she got the money for shipping no later then 6am Tuesday morning. I waited until Friday with no word before I asked about it. Saturday she said "oh sorry I had some friends over, I'll mail it out Monday or Tuesday." so the weekend turned into over a week, I got mad but I kept my cool and this is what I got back, "I am a single mom with a disabled child I will take as much time as I need! If you are going to act like this then forget the doll and the purchase! This is a 150.00 doll that you paid hardly anything for!" FIRST OF ALL, don't tell someone you're going to mail something one day and then change your mind. this is still technically a business, so regardless of your personal life you should have made sure you got it out in a timely manner. So she refused to send me the doll and promised to refund my money for shipping and my credits. WELL when I filed to get them both back, SHE REFUSED. so not only did she LIE about shipping it to me, she LIED about giving me a refund. a Moderator gave me this refund and Paypal will give me my money. He lied, cursed, and threatened me and as a Law Enforcement officer I know a threat when I receive one. His behavior is very unbecoming. He was issued a refund for ALL of his payments and was still quite rude, vulgar and unnecessarily full of strife and anger. He has been reported and further action has been taken.
