Says she's been ill, but is fully capable of logging in everyday to win auctions, yet still cannot return an email. Said she'd mail them out on the 22nd, no word from her again til the 25th saying it would have to be the following Monday. I allowed it, giving her the benefit of the doubt and I really wanted these books. No word from her till the 27th, then again on the 28th and that was the last I've heard from her. Personally I feel she waited till the credits transferred, went on a winning spree to use what she could. She won a few things, but couldn't come hit the grant refund button.
