"The buyer knew beforehand that there were no cords to the device before the winning bid. I later re ... " (more)minded him after the auction was won and he understood but left neutral feedback saying that there was no ac power cord... Wth? We also made an agreement for him to send half the shipping fee upfront and the other half after he receives the item. I reminded him in an email 3 times and he has not responded to pay me the remainder of my money. People like this guy should be permanently banned from listia cause that ain't cool."
