"You said you would pay for the item on 5/4/12. I understood that your paypal account was acting up ... " (more). Then you said that you were going to use your husband's account. I went out of town which took well over 10 hours and when I returned home, you still hadn't paid. I was trying to maintain open communication with you but you didn't like that. I eventually got an email on 5/8/12 saying that you were going to pay after 4pm and that I wasn't to email you back until after then. I'm sorry if open communication is not good but in a business situation, I think it is key. This obviously isn't the first problem you've had on Listia. As of 5/9/12 I still haven't received payment for the item even though you've told me all week long that you're going to pay for shipping. I am going to follow through with Listia rules and re-list the item. I would personally never sell anything to you again. You are also rude. Not a good transaction! :("
"FIRST of all, let me say that I am not a retailer, I'm a single dad who just this past summer s ... " (more)tarted to sell some of my collection to keep up on bills, and it's turning into a side biz. So don't ASSume (or listen to that inbred idiot ozzy if you did). Secondly, no, this site is not crap, it's the ignorant, the irresponsible, the unethical and the scammers that are the crap. Listia is a wonderful place full of wonderful people. But unfortunately now and then, some ebay reject comes along and soils the place. You 'claim' to be a BUSY family but what does that have to do with being irresponsible? Or not keeping promises? Or not replying EXCEPT when something negative is said. You take a WEEK to answer and ONLY after something negative. You can justify things all you want miss 'holier-than-thou', but YOU were the wrong party in all aspects of this transaction. And fyi, the reason that you only got the amount of credits that you did was because you were new with no feedback, offering something with no COA and was charging for shipping. Would YOU bid? No... who would? BUT, if you just kept your word and got good feedback, people would have trusted you and bid high and often after that, which would have more than made up for it. Do you know of ANY business or other endevour that doesn't cost SOMETHING to start? Get real and quit whining and shifting the blame for your lame shortcomings. As far as language, if ENGLISH isn't good enough for you and you're too immature to deal with words you can say on network TV, that's your problem. Here's a history lesson for you... there is no such thing as curse words. In about 1060 during a power struggle, the Normans (french) invaded the Saxons (english) and the french king dubbed all Saxon words as being illegal. That is the ONLY reason... here's a few examples... first word being Norman, second word being Saxon (or English) Derriere = Arse / Urinate = P*ss / Fornicate = F*ck / Defecate = Sh*t / So, even you should see the pattern here and get the point. They are simply Old English words and nothing more! Also, any civilization that has not been conquered by another civilization (like Japan), had no concept of a 'curse word'. And what really makes people look stupid is when they 'curse', they say "excuse my french", when it's actually english. The world is full of morons... so you were actually right about ONE thing, maybe I AM superior. :p "
"Just received your pretty baskets! They arrived in great shape and none of the flowers came loose. ... " (more)The baskets are much prettier in person than the pictures. You did a wonderful job on them! I look forward to using them! A++ Shipper!"
