"The seller never sent the item I sent them the money for the shipping and they told me they got the ... " (more) money but never sent the item I just got rip off by them"
"This item was misrepresented and advertised falsely. I like to give new sellers the benefit of the ... " (more) doubt, but lie after lie kept piling up and it was just a safer move to have my credits refunded. The seller also lied and stated that they sent the item by clicking "sent it" and proceeded to tell me to just ask for a credit refund. I do not think this is a very positive way to start out as a seller on Listia. I wasn't rude, I was to the point when asking questions about all the inconsistencies of the product seeking the truth in order to gauge if I wanted to take a risk in receiving the item. Beware of this husband/wife duo. They do not read through concerns about the auction and have grossly misrepresented a high ticket item as their first auction. Shame on me I guess for trying to give a new seller a fair chance. I know to be much more careful in the future."
